Exercise – Think of it as an essential nutrient

We all know we need to exercise regularly.  But we usually wait til we have some need:  like an upcoming vacation requiring a bathing suit or worse, our weight has put our health in jeopardy.

This comment by Dr James Chestnut puts it in perspective for me:

“Exercise is as important as vitamin C or breathing or love or anything else. Exercise must be seen as a nutrient, a required nutrient, and an essential nutrient.”
