Farmer’s Markets – Tis the Season

Spring has sprung which means that your local Farmer’s Markets are opening for the season.   Most start up anywhere between April and June and run through Sept-Oct.

Buying from your local farmer’s market is the very best way to ensure that you get the most nutrient bang for your buck.  The food is fresh, recently harvested, and hasn’t traveled cross country (or continent) to get to you.  And it’s a great way to spend some quality time with your family or with friends.   Find a Farmer’s Market in the Greater Seattle area.
