A Fat Loss Pill that Works? Possibly.

It’s called CLA (conjugated linoleic acid).  It’s a naturally occuring fatty acid that we used to get plenty of through our diet.  But no more.

How did we used to get it?  By eating beef, milk, cheese, butter, cream from free roaming cattle that ate nothing but what nature intended – grass!   Cattle fattened up in feed lots using grains no longer produce much CLA.

What does CLA do?  Studies show it helps the body get rid of fat, maintain lean muscle, helps to regulate blood sugar (unregulated blood sugar makes you fat), increases metabolic rate, fights high blood pressure, triglycerides, and high cholesterol….the list is even longer than this.  Google CLA and check for yourself.

Ideally, you should get your CLA as nature intended – from the source.   But you can supplement.

How much should you take?  Per the studies you need about 3,000 mg per day to see fat loss results.  Most CLA supplements come in gel caps of about 1,000 mg each – so 3 per day.  And, remember, all supplements are NOT created equal.  Buy from a reputable source that assures quality.

Caveat:  if you eat a diet of junk and sit most of the day, no pill is going to help you lose fat.
