Cilantro – load up on this super tasty, very healing herb

I’ve always loved cilantro.  Now I love it more.  Not only does it add great taste to so many foods, it’s healing properties are pretty amazing.

  • Anti-inflammatory:  think arthritis or any chronic inflammatory disease
  • Detoxifying: chelates (attaches to) heavy metals like mercury, arsenic, lead and helps pull them from of the body
  • Digestive aid
  • Infection fighter

So load up on cilantro.  Use it copiously in salsas, pesto, salads, soups, tacos, in your green smoothies and when juicing.
