Here I go again, summarizing information from someone else’s blog.  Can’t help it.  It’s a good one.

    Love your healthy tips, Lisa. Does wine count as one…berries?
    Do you have any good Salmon suggestions….I think I made it too much and no one likes it at my house. 🙂
