Hummus: Green it up. Spice it up.

Hummus is a health food.  It provides a healthy dose of vitamins, minerals, protein, healthy fats and fiber.

It’s plenty good all by itself but you can really bump up the taste and the nutrients by blending in any of the following:

  • Spinach
  • Cilantro
  • Arugula
  • Chunky salsa
