Chia seeds – perfection in such a tiny little seed.

Cha Cha Cha Chia.  Remember Chia Pets?  Who knew that those little tiny seeds packed such a powerful nutritional punch.

  • More anti-oxidant power than blueberries, acai, artichokes, pomegranates
  • Complete protein – contains all the essential amino acids
  • One tiny seed contains over 50 nutrients including calcium, magnesium, potassium and zinc
  • Great source of fiber

And they are so easy to include in your diet.  I put a spoonful of chia seeds in my protein shakes.  Plus you can sprinkle them on just about anything.   And no need to grind – just eat as is.

I buy mine in the bulk section at my local health food store.  Very inexpensive.  Very beneficial.
