Leaky gutSymptoms of a gut that’s broken and leaking:

  • Bloating
  • Food sensitivities
  • Thyroid condition
  • Fatigue
  • Joint pain
  • Headaches
  • Skin issues like rosacea and acne
  • Digestive problems
  • Weight gain

And that’s the short list.  Leaky gut has also been implicated in the following:

  • Allergies
  • Autism
  • Irritable bowel issues
  • Arthritis
  • Migraines

And I imagine the list is quite a bit longer.  If your gut’s not right, you’re not right.
