    We have chia seeds every day since learning about them from you! How much should we be taking a day?


  3. Hey Karna! Ballpark is about 1-3 tablespoons per day. Remember, they gel up once ingested which increases their size about 9 fold. That’s a good thing but go easy at first to make sure you don’t get too much at once causing some indigestion.
